The Head of Strategy will lead and elevate the agency’s strategic offering while serving as a key member of its leadership team. The role will shape the agency’s strategic vision and deliver integrated brand, communications, customer, and business strategies for local and global clients.
You will translate complex business challenges into clear opportunities, uncover insights through research and analytics, and ensure that strategy fuels distinctive creative work across brand, digital, social, CRM, commerce, activation, and media channels. As a senior client advisor, you will build trusted partnerships and influence important marketing and business decisions.
The role also includes leading and developing the strategy team, establishing best practices, supporting new business and organic growth, and collaborating with creative, account, media, activation, regional, and global stakeholders. Based in Tokyo, this is a permanent hybrid position with significant influence across the agency and wider international network.
