The role
Looking for an MEP Director who has experience leading MEP delivery on an arena, stadium or mixed-use development projects in Saudi Arabia. You will own the technical and commercial delivery of complex MEP systems from design coordination through to handover.
What we're looking for
15 to 20 years' MEP experience, with recent years at Director or senior delivery leadership level
Proven track record leading MEP delivery on stadium, arena, or large-scale mixed-use projects
Strong command of complex MEP systems across mechanical, electrical, and public health disciplines
Experience managing MEP subcontractors and design coordination through to project completion
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, giga-project environment
