Build and maintain relationships with high-quality global institutional investors, including:
Long-only funds
Technology funds
Growth funds
Small and mid-cap funds
Hedge funds
Family offices
Sovereign wealth funds
Strategic institutional investors
Develop a structured investor targeting strategy
C. U.S. Capital Markets Development
New York Boston San Francisco Los Angeles
as well as other relevant financial centers.

10–18 years of relevant capital markets experience.
Profile 1 — Investment Banking / Equity Capital Markets
Senior professional from a leading global investment bank or high-quality investment banking platform.
Preferred experience:

Experience working with Nasdaq-listed companies is highly desirable.
Profile 2 — Head / VP of Investor Relations
Current or former:
Head of Investor Relations / VP Investor Relations
at a U.S.-listed technology or industrial technology company.
Preference for candidates who have worked with companies in the approximately $1 billion–$20 billion market capitalization range and experienced significant growth or valuation transformation.
Profile 3 — Sell-Side Equity Research
Senior equity research professional covering:

Must possess strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
