As an Associate HR Specialist / HR Specialist, you will support a wide range of HR and labor-related operations in Tokyo, with the goal of developing into a Senior Specialist role. This position covers employee support, legal compliance, government correspondence, performance evaluation system operations, and HR data management.
You will be involved in onboarding, resignation procedures, leave of absence and return-to-work support, and new employee training administration. The role also includes mental health and harassment-related support, personnel management, employee information handling, and helping improve HR system operations. In addition, you will support internal document updates, prepare explanatory materials, and communicate legal revisions to employees. Depending on your experience, additional responsibilities may be assigned.
5+ years of HR/labor management experience in a company with 100+ employees
Broad knowledge of HR operations and HR systems
Strong problem-solving and proposal skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
