As Pharma Project Lead / Director, you will lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. You will provide direction across project teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure that initiatives remain aligned with client objectives, quality expectations, timelines and commercial priorities.
The role will involve translating complex business and pharmaceutical requirements into clear delivery plans, coordinating multidisciplinary contributors and proactively managing risks, dependencies and change. You will also contribute to client development, project governance and the continued improvement of delivery practices.

Significant experience leading complex projects within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare or related technology services sector.
Proven ability to manage projects from definition and planning through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes, industry requirements and the technology landscape supporting them.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working effectively with senior client stakeholders.
Demonstrable strength in project governance, programme planning, risk management, issue resolution and delivery oversight.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities, support client relationships and contribute to business growth.
A confident, collaborative leadership style, combined with sound judgement, ownership and a results-focused approach.
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, information technology, business or a related discipline.
