As a PMO within the AI development organisation, you will support and coordinate multiple generative AI and software development projects. You will help establish project plans, manage schedules and resources, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that projects progress smoothly from definition through delivery.
Working closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, customers and other stakeholders, you will clarify requirements, align expectations and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will monitor progress, identify and manage risks, support quality assurance, and propose practical improvements based on project feedback and outcomes.
The role also offers the opportunity to apply technical expertise directly. Candidates with a strong data background may contribute to initiatives such as improving Retrieval-Augmented Generation accuracy and advancing AI system performance. At least two years’ experience managing software or systems development projects.
At least five years’ practical experience developing web applications or working with a dynamically typed programming language.
A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
The ability to plan and coordinate work across engineers, designers, data scientists and other specialist teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
A self-directed and collaborative approach, including the ability to deliver effectively in remote or hybrid working environments.
