Our client is a growing professional services firm specializing in generative AI agents. The company supports clients across the full lifecycle—from strategy and design through implementation and ongoing operations—while also developing its own AI-enabled products.
With a collaborative, technically ambitious culture, the organization brings together engineering, consulting, and business expertise to solve complex challenges for enterprise customers. Employees have the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact initiatives while helping shape the infrastructure and operating practices of an expanding AI business. The company values reliability, continuous improvement, thoughtful communication, and practical innovation.
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the cloud foundation supporting both proprietary products and client-facing AI agent systems. You will help create secure, reliable, and scalable environments that enable development teams to deliver quickly and enterprise customers to meet demanding technical requirements.
Your responsibilities will include designing Azure and AWS infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and operating container platforms such as Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Kubernetes. You will establish monitoring and observability using OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, and CloudWatch; implement security controls; promote infrastructure as code with Terraform or Bicep; and optimize cloud costs. You will also support incident response, postmortems, hybrid connectivity, network-isolated deployments, and ongoing reliability improvements.
