About Our Client
Our client is a leading developer of large-scale natural gas transmission infrastructure, currently building one of the largest greenfield pipeline projects in Texas, connecting Permian Basin production to Gulf Coast demand and LNG export markets.
The Opportunity
As a greenfield pipeline development, this is a unique opportunity to join a major energy infrastructure project during its formative stages and help shape construction, commissioning and long-term operational excellence. Reporting to the Project Director, the Construction Manager will lead the safe execution of assigned construction spreads, acting as the owner's representative and managing EPC contractors through construction, commissioning and project close-out.
What You'll Do
Lead pipeline construction activities across assigned spreads
Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with PHMSA regulations and HSE requirements
Monitor quality, schedule and budget performance
Coordinate engineering, procurement and operations
Oversee welding, coating, hydrotesting and commissioning
Review contractor progress and invoices
Support environmental compliance and restoration
What You Bring
10+ years of pipeline construction experience
Large-diameter natural gas transmission pipeline experience
EPC contractor management experience
Knowledge of ASME B31.8, PHMSA, hydrotesting, commissioning and pipeline integrity
