Project Manager – Fast-Track Delivery | Riyadh, KSA
Our client is a fast-growing Riyadh-based real estate developer with a 600+ unit residential pipeline. They are looking for a site-based Project Manager to deliver a fast-track facility on an aggressive programme, with scope to grow into the wider residential pipeline.
The role
Lead on-site delivery of a fast-track build from mobilisation to handover.
Drive contractors hard on programme, quality and safety.
Manage interfaces with design, commercial and authorities.
Identify delays early and implement recovery plans.
Report progress directly to senior leadership.
About you
Proven delivery of fast-track projects. Labour accommodation, modular or prefab experience is highly desirable.
Contractor and developer experience preferred.
Residential or multi-unit project experience.
A natural driver: energetic, decisive and hands-on on site.
Strong communicator.
KSA experience and Arabic are a plus.
