As Country Manager, you will lead the organization’s activities in Japan, based onsite in Tokyo. You will be responsible for establishing and executing the local strategy, identifying business and investment opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the market.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will represent the organization externally, build a strong local network, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate with international colleagues to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. You will also oversee local operations, manage priorities and resources, and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
