As a Sales Associate in Tokyo, you will represent a distinctive luxury fashion brand and provide an elevated, personalized experience to local and international clients. You will welcome customers, understand their preferences, introduce them to the collections, and guide them through the purchasing process with confidence and care.
You will build lasting client relationships, communicate the unique stories and craftsmanship behind each piece, and contribute to the smooth operation and presentation of the retail environment. This is an onsite role suited to a personable, culturally aware professional who enjoys working with discerning customers in an international setting.
Fluency in Japanese is required.
Conversational English proficiency or above is required.
Previous experience in luxury fashion, apparel, hospitality, or another high-touch customer service environment is preferred.
