As a Business Consultant focused on life and non-life insurance, you will support clients’ strategic and technology-driven initiatives, helping move projects from planning through execution. You will contribute to account management, project strategy, and delivery planning, while managing schedules, issues, and risks. Your work will include supporting project activities such as proof of concept (PoC), requirements definition, testing, migration, and training. You will prepare reports and presentations for executive audiences, provide updates to steering committees, and engage with client stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress. You will also collaborate with overseas teams, using English to coordinate across stakeholders. The role is based in Tokyo, Japan, and offers the opportunity to contribute to major insurance transformation programs.
