Fabrics Manager

Key Responsibilities

•Manage strategic relationships with key fabric mills across ASEAN.

•Source fabrics that meet customer requirements, quality standards, and cost targets.

•Negotiate competitive pricing and optimize sourcing opportunities.

•Lead fabric development and innovation initiatives, including sustainable and performance materials.

•Provide technical expertise in fabric construction, dyeing, finishing, and performance.

•Resolve fabric quality, testing, and production-related issues.

•Partner with merchandising, product development, and sourcing teams to deliver fabric solutions that support business growth.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Textile Engineering, Fabric Technology, or related field.

•Proven experience in fabric sourcing and development within ASEAN.

•Strong network of fabric mills and suppliers across the region.

•Solid technical knowledge of woven, knit, and performance fabrics.

•Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

•Demonstrated ability to drive innovation while balancing quality, speed, and cost
