The Branch Manager will lead a high-performing $12 million per year branch located in Rancho Dominguez, California, which is evolving into the company’s flagship hub for the western United States. This full-time, onsite leadership role is responsible for comprehensive P&L management, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence across day and night shifts. Managing a team of approximately 22 to 23 employees, including 20 direct reports, the Branch Manager will foster a positive and engaged team culture while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and quality standards such as California labor laws and ISO requirements. Reporting to the Regional Director, the role encompasses oversight of manufacturing, quality, logistics, and customer engagement, with a strategic focus on expanding the branch’s market presence and supporting regional growth initiatives. The successful candidate will also be involved in business development, sales leadership, and continuous improvement efforts to sustain and exceed financial and operational targets.
Minimum 3 years managing teams of 15+ employees in multi-shift industrial environments
At least 5 years of operational or sales experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse with P&L accountability.
Experience managing or overseeing inside or outside sales teams.
Proven ability to manage complex financials, including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost control, and inventory management
Experience with regulatory compliance, safety programs, and ISO or quality system oversight
High emotional intelligence with demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
Competitive base salary $125,00-170,000
Performance-based bonus historically around 20% of base salary (flexible)
