As a UX Writer, you will shape the language and content users encounter across digital financial products and services. Your work will help customers understand what to do, make confident decisions and complete tasks smoothly.
You will collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders throughout the product development process. Your responsibilities will include developing clear and consistent interface copy, contributing to user journeys, simplifying complex financial concepts and ensuring that content supports both usability and business objectives.
You will also help establish and maintain content standards, advocate for the user’s perspective and contribute to a consistent product voice across experiences. Professional experience in UX writing, product content, content design, technical writing or a closely related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating clear, concise and user-centred writing for digital products.
The ability to simplify complex information and explain financial or technical concepts in accessible language.
Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, researchers and engineers in a cross-functional product environment.
Strong understanding of user journeys, information architecture, interaction patterns and the role of content in product usability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to maintain consistency across multiple products and touchpoints.
Confidence working with ambiguity, managing competing priorities and contributing constructively to product decisions.
