We are seeking a Senior AI Lead to own the firm's AI product layer, from strategy and architecture through to production delivery and commercial impact.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining AI engineering, product strategy and financial-services expertise. You will shape how AI creates differentiated, commercially valuable solutions for clients while remaining deeply involved in the technology.
Own the AI product roadmap, architecture, development, delivery and commercial outcomes.
Define the AI product strategy, identifying high-value and monetisable applications of AI for clients.
Design and develop production-grade Generative AI, agentic and multi-agent systems.
Remain hands-on in architecture and development, setting standards for scalability, reliability, security and maintainability.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Client Coverage to turn client needs into production-ready AI products.
Define and track KPIs including adoption, engagement, upsell and retention.
Evaluate and implement new AI models, frameworks and infrastructure, balancing performance, cost, security and speed to market.
Establish robust AI evaluation, testing and monitoring practices.
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership as the AI product organisation scales.
Strong experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
Strong software engineering and system-design capabilities with a hands-on approach.
Experience taking AI products from prototype to production.
Commercial mindset with the ability to translate client needs into valuable AI products.
Experience in financial services, quantitative finance or financial/market data is highly desirable.
