As Account Manager for a dedicated One of the client’s family team, you will manage the day-to-day coordination, operation and delivery of high-visibility campaigns for families, parents and children.
You will connect creative ambition with operational excellence, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and in line with strict brand and regulatory requirements. Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for the client’s marketing team, you will maintain clear communication, manage schedules and resolve issues promptly.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating creative, media, digital and production teams; managing workflows, deliverables and internal resources; overseeing budgets, billing, scope and costs; and providing accurate reporting and data-informed planning. You will also help strengthen client relationships and contribute to effective commercial outcomes.
3–5 or more years’ account management experience within an advertising, marketing or digital agency.
Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns from planning through to delivery.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, complex workflows and demanding deadlines.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in complex client organisations or multi-agency environments.
Experience working with family, children’s or highly regulated advertising is desirable.
Intellectual property-related experience would be advantageous.
Commercial awareness, including the ability to manage project budgets, schedules, scopes of work, billing and cost control.
High attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy, compliance and quality.
Confidence coordinating creative, media, digital and production specialists.
Practical AI literacy, including the ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, critically assess outputs and apply sound ethical judgement.
A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach to client service and campaign delivery.
