As a Software Engineer on the Product Growth team, you will help develop and improve product features that support customer adoption, engagement, and long-term value. Depending on your strengths and interests, you may focus on frontend or backend development while contributing across multiple technical layers.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality functionality. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, testing, and refining product features, as well as contributing to improvements in engineering practices, product quality, and delivery processes. You will also have the opportunity to work with AI-native product capabilities and help integrate emerging technologies into customer-facing solutions.
This is a permanent, onsite position based in Tokyo, Japan, with a salary range of JPY 8,200,000 to JPY 15,000,000.
