This role sits close to senior management and supports the business strategy function through executive-level coordination, bilingual communication, and governance-related operations. You will help prepare and review materials for board and executive meetings, draft and refine minutes and documents in both English and Japanese, and ensure consistency across inputs from multiple departments.
You will also support executive communications by editing speeches, messages, and presentation materials so they align with the company’s tone and positioning. In addition, you will coordinate visits from overseas affiliates and VIP guests, providing polished hospitality and on-site support. The role also involves note-taking, follow-up management, and handling strategic projects that require cross-functional coordination and confidentiality.
Native-level English and Japanese; strong business writing and communication skills
5+ years of experience living or working abroad or in an international environment
Strong document review skills and attention to consistency across materials
VIP hospitality experience and a high level of professionalism
Annual salary commensurate with experience
