General Manager

We are recruiting for one of our clients, a five-star luxury hotel operator with a strong international presence across Europe, the Americas, and an expanding footprint in the GCC. They're opening their second MENA property in Kuwait - a 90-key luxury boutique hotel where the restaurant is the key component of the product.

The role

As General Manager, you'll lead the opening of this distinctive property, overseeing all pre-opening activities from recruitment and systems setup through soft and hard openings. You'll manage P&L across rooms, food and beverage, and banquet operations, while building and leading an exceptional team that delivers on the brand's luxury positioning.

What we're looking for

A luxury hotel GM with a minimum of 10-12 years experience in high-end independent or boutique properties, ideally with strong F&B credentials. You'll have a proven track record opening or turning around luxury hotels where dining is central to the brand. Multi-unit operator experience is valued. Based in the GCC or willing to relocate to Kuwait.
