As a Quality Engineer, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of industrial electrical components and automation products manufactured through Japanese OEM operations. Based onsite in Minato City, Tokyo, you will establish, operate, and continuously improve quality management systems while supporting manufacturing and global product development activities.
Your responsibilities will include designing and improving end-to-end production processes, defining manufacturing-site quality requirements, monitoring performance, and driving corrective and preventive actions. You will collaborate with teams in Japan and overseas, support customer visits, and help resolve significant quality issues. The role requires sound judgment, effective self-management, and the ability to make timely decisions while balancing customer expectations, production needs, and global quality standards.
