Job Description
Role overview:
The SAP FICO / BPC Consultant will participate in SAP implementation and Application Management Services (AMS) projects, supporting customers with system issues, change requests, and business process requirements. The role involves analyzing business needs, configuring and testing solutions, preparing functional specifications, and supporting technical development and presales activities.
Key responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Support Participate in SAP implementation, deployment, and AMS projects, handling customer issues and change requests.
Business Requirement Analysis Analyze customer requirements and business objectives, discuss processes with stakeholders, and identify suitable system solutions.
SAP Configuration & Testing Implement, test, and document process configurations to meet customer requirements.
Functional Design & Development Support Prepare functional specifications and support engineering teams in developing programs that meet functional requirements.
Customer & Presales Support Prepare documents, present solutions to clients, and support product demonstrations and presales activities.
Process Improvement & Coordination Work with stakeholders to align business processes with IT solutions and support other departmental activities as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems, particularly FI, CO, or BPC, in implementation or AMS roles.
Basic understanding of software technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Finance and Accounting, business processes, and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, work management, and documentation skills.
Good teamwork, communication, flexibility, and proactive working attitude.
Proficient in English for client communication and handling work-related documents.
