The HR Business Partner works closely with the Head of HR and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. The role acts as a strategic advisor on people-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who brings not just expertise but energy — someone who enjoys working with people and problem solving.
Reports to: Vice President, HR / Global Head of HR and Administration Location: Singapore
Partner with the Head of HR and business leaders to support and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Provide HR insights and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
Champion HR initiatives that promote an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
Serve as the primary contact point for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and payroll; support HR operations and administrative matters in Singapore and other assigned countries
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations — onboarding, employee relations and engagement, performance management, learning and development, and off-boarding
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with an external vendor, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations
Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices comply with labour laws
Manage work visa applications and regular statutory reporting
Manage regular audits, internal and external reporting, filing, and documentation
Provide support for any HR-related matters or projects as directed by the Head of HR
Support office administration as needed, collaborating with administrative staff
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience preferred
Strong people skills with a positive attitude and growth mindset
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and business acumen for Singapore, Southeast Asia, or APAC
Prior experience in Data Centre/Technology related industries is highly preferred
Familiarity with working in a cross-cultural environment
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong collaborator, able to work under ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HRIS platforms
