As Senior Security Manager, Assistance – Japan, you will lead Security Assistance operations in Japan, supporting Japan-based clients operating internationally and overseas clients requiring assistance in Japan. Based in Tokyo and reporting to the Regional Security Director for North Asia, you will combine operational leadership, crisis management, intelligence analysis, client advisory, and stakeholder management.
You will lead the Japan Security Assistance team, oversee complex security assistance and evacuation cases, and provide risk and crisis-management advice to clients. You will coordinate responses with medical, operations, network services, and regional and global security teams, incorporating intelligence assessments into operational decisions and supporting crisis escalations and Incident Management Teams.
You will also develop local security-provider and hotel networks, advise key clients, support sales and marketing activities, and deliver consulting, training, and workshops. The role includes team development, performance management, succession planning, travel, and occasional evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities.
