We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can be the operational backbone of our project delivery — turning complex technical projects into organized, controlled, on-time execution. You'll coordinate our in-house engineers, international support teams, clients and suppliers, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has actually delivered engineering projects — not just reported on their progress.
Build and manage schedules, deliverable lists and responsibility matrices for technical projects
Control deadlines, progress, meetings, minutes, agreements and outstanding actions
Coordinate the in-house engineering team, interns, suppliers, international teams and clients
Escalate technical issues and verify deliverables meet scope and standards
Monitor planned vs. actual hours, identify scope changes, and help defend variations with clients
Organize document control: folders, naming conventions, versions, deliverable registers and transmittals
Support bid preparation: preliminary schedules, resource estimates and scope reviews
Mentor junior team members and interns in project methodology and documentation discipline
5–9 years of experience in technical project management within engineering, EPC, technical offices, construction, commissioning, or owner's engineering
Genuine experience coordinating technical deliverables and external/international teams
Strong background in client management, planning, document control and time tracking
Working proficiency in English
Experience in renewables, BESS, substations, transmission lines or green hydrogen is a plus
You've managed real engineering delivery, not just project development or land/permitting coordination
You bring order to complexity and keep projects moving even with limited resources
You communicate clearly and hold your ground with clients when needed
You're comfortable working closely with remote and international teams
You take ownership — closing issues rather than just reporting them
Direct ownership of technical projects with real client and technical exposure
