We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with senior management and business leaders in driving a major organizational restructuring and transformation project within the retail business. This role will be responsible for reviewing the current organization, identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, and translating business direction into practical people and organization solutions.
Partner closely with senior management and Business Unit Heads to understand business strategy, operating challenges, and future workforce requirements.
Lead and support organizational restructuring projects, including organization structure review, role redesign, workforce optimization, and manpower planning.
Assess existing organizational layers, spans of control, roles and responsibilities, and workforce allocation to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
Develop and recommend target organization structures aligned with future retail business requirements.
Support Job Architecture and Job Evaluation, including job scope clarification, grading, career structure, and role alignment.
Work closely with management on workforce transition and change management, ensuring restructuring initiatives are implemented effectively and with minimal business disruption.
Provide strategic HR advice on people movement, redeployment, retention, performance management, succession, and workforce decisions.
Partner with C&B and relevant HR teams to ensure organization design, job grading, compensation structure, and workforce cost are appropriately aligned.
Analyze headcount, personnel cost, productivity, and other HR data to support restructuring recommendations and management decisions.
Manage sensitive Employee Relations and labor law matters arising from organizational changes, including role changes, transfers, and separation where required.
Drive communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation to ensure alignment between management, HR, and employees.
Support other HR transformation and process improvement projects as assigned.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Approximately 8–12+ years of HR experience, with solid experience as an HR Business Partner or Strategic HR Partner.
Strong preference for candidates from Retail, FMCG, Consumer, Hospitality, or other large-scale multi-site organizations.
Proven hands-on experience in organizational restructuring, organization design, workforce transformation, or large-scale change projects.
Strong knowledge of manpower planning, Job Architecture, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Thai labor law.
Comfortable working with senior management and Business Unit Heads and able to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business and HR data into actionable recommendations.
Commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing retail environment.
Good command of English and Thai.
