About the Role
Are you a driven "hunter" with a deep passion for the hospitality industry? We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the French market. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new business partnerships with regional hotel groups and independent properties across France.
You will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to closing high-value contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional to make a tangible impact on our European growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Generation: Proactively research and identify new business opportunities through market mapping, networking, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the French hospitality sector, including hotel owners and general managers.
Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, including presenting tailored commercial solutions, negotiating terms, and successfully closing new contracts to meet annual revenue targets.
Strategic Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to provide strategic recommendations and refine our go-to-market approach in France.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners and a smooth handover to internal teams post-signature.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5–10 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or luxury goods sectors.
Market Knowledge: Strong existing network and a deep understanding of the French hospitality landscape.
Mindset: A true "hunter" mentality—self-motivated, resilient, and driven to exceed targets.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Exact/Synergy) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in French and English (both required); additional European languages are an asset.
