As Sales Executive, you will support the hotel’s commercial performance by developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and promoting the property’s accommodations, meeting facilities, dining, and event offerings. You will identify sales opportunities across corporate, group, leisure, wedding, and social segments and convert them into profitable business.
Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts, conducting client visits and presentations, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating site inspections, and following up on leads. You will work closely with revenue management, marketing, reservations, events, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through delivery.
The successful candidate will represent the hotel with confidence and professionalism, maintain accurate sales records, monitor market activity, and contribute to achieving revenue and occupancy targets.
Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, tourism, events, or a related commercial role.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills, with the ability to develop new accounts and retain existing clients.
Understanding of corporate, group, leisure, meetings, weddings, or social event business.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
A proactive, target-oriented approach and the confidence to pursue business opportunities independently.
Ability to prepare proposals, conduct site inspections, manage client inquiries, and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Professional fluency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
