As a Sales Float, you will provide flexible sales support across the business, helping teams maintain strong customer engagement and achieve commercial objectives. You will adapt quickly to changing priorities, support sales activity where needed and ensure that customers receive a consistent, professional experience.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting relevant products or services and supporting the successful completion of sales. You will work closely with colleagues to respond to demand, cover operational requirements and maintain high standards of service. The role will also involve keeping accurate records, following established processes and sharing customer or market insight with the wider team.
