This is a senior infrastructure role based on client sites, focused on taking projects from requirements definition through to detailed design, proposal support and review. You will be involved in basic design through to parameter-level detail design, and in build activities ranging from verification through to production migration, construction and operational handover.
Depending on the project, you may work on server design and build, network infrastructure operations leadership, cloud foundation builds or network renewal programmes. You will also be expected to support and develop junior engineers by sharing your experience, providing practical advice and helping them grow in confidence and capability. This is a fixed-term contract role with opportunities to contribute immediately to active delivery teams.
Experience as an infrastructure engineer at build level or above
Experience in education, mentoring or management
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to support and advise both junior colleagues and clients
Experience in server, network or cloud infrastructure projects
