Java Backend - Elasticsearch

Từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm Java Backend, trong đó có kinh nghiệm thực tế với Elasticsearch;

Có kinh nghiệm hands-on với Elasticsearch 8.x, đặc biệt về Index, Mapping, Analyzer và Query DSL;

Hiểu và có kinh nghiệm thực tế về Semantic Search, Vector Search và Hybrid Search.

Có kinh nghiệm với Search Relevance, Ranking/Reranking và Performance Optimization;

Có kinh nghiệm Geospatial/Location Search là lợi thế;

Có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống E-commerce/Search quy mô lớn là lợi thế;

Có khả năng làm việc onsite, phối hợp trực tiếp với team và chủ động xử lý technical problems;

Có khả năng đọc hiểu hệ thống hiện tại, đưa ra giải pháp và trực tiếp implement, không chỉ tư vấn.

Requirements:

5+ years of Java Backend experience, including practical experience with Elasticsearch;

Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch 8.x, especially with Indexing, Mapping, Analyzer, and Query DSL;

Understanding and practical experience with Semantic Search, Vector Search, and Hybrid Search;

Experience with Search Relevance, Ranking/Reranking, and Performance Optimization;

Experience with Geospatial/Location Search is an advantage;

Experience with large-scale E-commerce/Search systems is an advantage;

Ability to work on-site, collaborate directly with the team, and proactively handle technical problems;

Ability to understand existing systems, propose solutions, and directly implement them, not just provide advice.
