As a Retail Technology Analyst, you will support the Japan DTC business from both a technical and operational perspective, with a particular focus on retail systems and store operations. You will work closely with business users and global IT teams to manage day-to-day support, improve processes, and implement new functionality across key retail platforms.
A core part of the role is supporting POS and related store systems, identifying operational issues, and helping to resolve incidents quickly to ensure business continuity. You will also contribute to workflow optimisation, system enhancements and omnichannel initiatives, while attending regular cross-functional meetings and taking part in future retail technology projects. Domestic travel may be required to support stores on site.
3+ years’ experience in ERP-related projects, operations or management in retail, related industries, or IT/consulting
Experience with sales, product or inventory management systems
Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle experience preferred
Business-level English for support, requirements gathering and overseas stakeholder management
