Our client is a global leader in information management, helping organizations use technology, data, and digital knowledge to transform the way they work. The company combines innovation, creativity, and collaboration to solve complex business and technology challenges for leading organizations worldwide.
With an AI-first, future-driven, and human-centered approach, employees have the opportunity to work on impactful enterprise technology solutions and contribute to the future of digital transformation. The culture values curiosity, teamwork, continuous learning, and practical problem-solving. This is an attractive opportunity for a technical professional who wants to work in an international environment and support sophisticated products used by enterprise customers.
As an Infrastructure Engineer / Technical Support Engineer, you will investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues across operating systems, networks, LDAP and directory services, and authentication technologies. Based in Tokyo, you will provide hands-on technical support for enterprise products in a permanent position.
This is an investigative technical support role—not an operations or monitoring-only position. You will analyze incidents, review logs, check connectivity, isolate potential causes, and either resolve issues or escalate them with clear technical findings. Your work may involve Linux or Windows Server environments, DNS, SSL certificates, HTTP and HTTPS communication, load balancers, proxy servers, LDAP directories, and authentication flows.
You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and escalation groups to drive issues toward resolution while applying structured troubleshooting and strong communication skills.
