The Digital Business Director will lead growth across the company’s owned e-commerce site and marketplace business, with responsibility for acquisition, conversion, and retention. This person will oversee digital advertising strategy and execution, including web, social, and programmatic channels, while also driving SEO, UI/UX improvements, and overall site growth through landing pages, special features, and product pages.
The role also includes planning and managing sales promotions, campaigns, and affiliate activity in coordination with internal teams, agencies, and tool vendors. In addition, the director will use CRM and customer data to design personalization initiatives, improve LTV, and guide content and site optimization efforts. Over time, this position may evolve into a CXO-level leadership role responsible for integrated digital communications across channels, customer touchpoints, and CRM.
Experience managing an e-commerce site directly, not only through agencies
Strong hands-on experience with digital advertising, SEO, and CRM
Proven ability to run Google, Meta, and Yahoo! ads, plus analytics tools like Google Analytics
Experience improving campaigns through A/B testing and performance measurement
Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
Experience with owned media, SQL/PHP, or regulated products is a plus
