A global technology and consulting organisation supporting enterprise clients with large-scale digital transformation, cloud adoption, and core systems modernisation. The business is focused on helping customers improve resilience, speed of delivery, and operational efficiency through pragmatic, high-quality engineering and architecture.
Its vision is to enable mission-critical platforms to evolve safely and sustainably, while its mission is to combine deep domain expertise with modern cloud and AI capabilities. The culture values collaboration, technical excellence, clear communication, and a proactive approach to solving complex business and technology challenges.
This role leads the adoption of OCI Cloud and the AI-driven modernisation of mission-critical legacy Oracle systems. You will own solution architecture across migration and transformation workstreams, including the move from Oracle 9i on-premise environments to OCI, the refactoring of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, integration interfaces, and the migration of legacy Java applications from Oracle Application Server to WebLogic and the latest Java stack.
A major part of the role is to apply AI/LLM capabilities to accelerate modernisation, including code conversion, reverse engineering of design documents, impact analysis, documentation gap detection, and the automated generation of migration procedures, test cases, and runbooks. You will work closely with the client’s architects, DB team, cloud team, and AI team to define target OCI architectures, create modernisation roadmaps, and drive end-to-end delivery of a robust, scalable transformation programme.
