The Kyoto Floor Manager will support the day-to-day running of the shop floor in a temporary retail setting [suggestion: a pop-up store], helping to ensure smooth operations, strong customer service and an engaging shopping experience. This role is central to maintaining high standards across the floor, supporting the team and driving commercial results.
You will coordinate floor activities, support colleagues on shift and help ensure the store is well presented, stocked and ready for customers at all times. The position will also involve overseeing service delivery, resolving issues quickly and working closely with store leadership to keep operations efficient. As this is an interim or temporary vacancy, flexibility, adaptability and a hands-on approach will be essential.
