The Finance Audit Assistant Manager will conduct audits across finance, product development and corporate functions, serving as an auditor and, depending on the engagement, as a Lead Auditor. Working in a small, collaborative audit team, you will help ensure that business activities are appropriately governed, controlled and aligned with relevant requirements.
Key responsibilities will include developing audit plans, performing risk-based testing, reviewing documents and controls, testing issues, assessing and rating findings, and monitoring engagement progress against agreed budgets and timelines. You will review audit working papers to maintain quality, prepare discussion papers, support the development of corrective actions and draft clear audit reports in English.
The role offers regular interaction with senior management and global colleagues, as well as access to international training, modern audit methodology and development opportunities. It is based in Tokyo on a hybrid basis, with three days per week typically spent in the office.
