This financial technology business develops digital financial services for a broad user base. Its international team brings together colleagues from many countries, creating a collaborative environment shaped by a range of perspectives and experience. The organisation is committed to challenging established approaches, taking thoughtful risks and building services that respond to changing customer needs.
For an engineer joining the team, this is an opportunity to contribute to important financial systems while helping shape the standards and practices of a growing engineering function. The role includes developing and maintaining test scenarios, cases, data and documentation, as well as analysing results and recommending practical improvements. You will also help establish QA standards and ways of working within a developing team, act as a subject matter expert for assigned modules, and support the development of junior colleagues.
You will apply AI tools and techniques to testing, including validating LLM-driven applications and monitoring AI systems for issues such as bias, drift and unreliable outputs.
At least three years’ experience developing, executing and maintaining automated tests for mobile applications, web applications and/or APIs.
Hands-on experience with at least one of Appium, Playwright, Selenium or Rest-Assured, and proficiency using Cucumber.

Practical experience with AI productivity tools such as NotebookLM, Gemini, Cursor AI or GitHub Copilot; knowledge of OpenAI APIs, key management, embeddings and LLM integration.
Familiarity with MCP server concepts and AI system validation, including testing for bias, hallucinations, drift and robustness.
