At Cornerstone Global Partners, we’re partnering with a U.S.-based PEO company looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a temporary contract.

⚡What you'll do:
Accurately enter and update employee enrollment, benefits, and termination information across carrier portals, vendor websites, and internal systems.
Review data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and reporting discrepancies or missing information before submission.
Track the status of submitted records and follow up on pending, returned, or corrected entries.
Maintain accurate documentation by logging completed tasks and activities in the company CRM.
Close administrative tasks in internal systems once records have been verified and approved.
Communicate data issues, system errors, and incomplete records to the Benefits Operations team for timely resolution.
Collaborate with the Benefits Operations team to prioritize daily assignments and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide regular updates on workload, task progress, and potential roadblocks while participating in team meetings and following guidance from leadership.
💡You are:
Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
1+ Years of experience in a data entry, administrative support, or office operations role.
Strong typing accuracy and comfort working across multiple web-based systems and platforms simultaneously.
High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while processing large volumes of entries.
Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to navigate online portals and internal databases with minimal technical support.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
No prior benefits or insurance knowledge is required; training on systems and processes will be provided.
