As an Acquisition Associate, you will support the acquisition of real estate and real estate-related securities targeted by managed funds. You will play a key role in sourcing opportunities, evaluating investment cases through underwriting, and helping prepare investment management plans. The role also involves conducting due diligence, coordinating documentation, and supporting closing activities.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare and present materials for investment committee meetings, while also contributing to the negotiation of sales and purchase agreements and related contracts. Prior real estate acquisition experience, ideally 10+ years
Experience with logistics facilities and/or data center development projects [preferred]
