They are seeking a Senior Accountant to support accurate and timely financial reporting from daily accounting operations through financial close. Reporting to the CFO, this role is central to maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
You will oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, handle non-routine accounting treatments, and help maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting. The role also involves coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, legal teams, and other stakeholders, as well as preparing information for management and the Board. In addition, you will contribute to process improvements, systems enhancements, and the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Financial accounting experience at a publicly listed company
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting, including IFRS or JGAAP
Practical English communication skills in a multinational environment
Experience with external audits, disclosures, and/or complex or high-growth organizations [suggestion]
