Aesthetics market expertise
Act as the internal authority on the aesthetics market, advising senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Track competitive dynamics, trends and performance signals across the category.
Bring independent market judgement to data and plans generated through the partnership.
Analysis and governance
Build and challenge business cases, forecasts and long-range plans alongside brand, finance and alliance stakeholders.
Turn complex data into clear, credible analysis for senior leadership.
Contribute to the partnership's senior governance forum and how the relationship is managed.
Cross-functional partnership
Partner across brand, supply chain, finance, regulatory, medical and legal to keep commercial deliverables coordinated and on track.
What you'll bring
Deep, current fluency in the aesthetics market. An injectables background is ideal; genuine breadth from an energy-based device background will also be considered.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, comfortable working with incomplete or conflicting data.
Executive gravitas: credible and composed in front of senior leadership, including under scrutiny.
Genuine multi-market, international experience.
Advanced degree; MBA or equivalent an advantage.
Fluent English.
