As Project Manager, you will lead architecture and construction projects from initial planning through completion. You will apply your knowledge of corporate real estate, design, and construction to deliver commercially sound outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
Your responsibilities will include leading project and construction management activities, monitoring site progress, quality, and safety, and managing project budgets, processes, programs, and schedules. You will plan and facilitate governance meetings involving clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will also manage design teams, general contractors, and specialist contractors; coordinate with relevant authorities regarding statutory applications and approvals; and oversee completion inspections, handover, and operational readiness.
Experience managing architecture, construction, or corporate real estate projects from planning through completion.
Strong understanding of design and construction processes, project controls, budgets, programs, schedules, quality, and site safety.
Ability to coordinate and manage clients, designers, general contractors, specialist contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Experience planning and leading project governance meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Demonstrated ability to monitor project delivery, identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
Knowledge of statutory applications, regulatory approvals, completion inspections, handover, and operational readiness.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance client expectations, project objectives, cost, quality, and schedule.
Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite role in Tokyo and collaborate with diverse project teams.
