This organization is a global IT services and consulting provider helping enterprise customers modernize their technology environments and operate secure, high-performance networks. Its culture emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and dependable delivery across geographically distributed teams.
Employees work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and client stakeholders on complex infrastructure initiatives with meaningful operational impact. The organization offers an international, English-speaking environment where professionals can apply their expertise to large-scale network transformation, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to modern, wireless-first architectures.
As a Senior Network Architect/Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of a branch network modernization program in Japan. You will create and implement a collapsed “branch-in-a-box” architecture using Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi 7, Layer 2/3 switching, edge routing, and wireless access point infrastructure.
You will deploy Meraki cloud and anchor controllers supporting Guest-Net and Corporate Wi-Fi in high-density, wireless-first LAN environments. The role includes producing high-level and low-level designs, configuration documentation, and network diagrams, while coordinating virtual networking teams across multiple regions.
Success in this position requires strong technical ownership, careful delivery management, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams. You will collaborate with regional and offshore teams in English and help establish a scalable foundation for future network capabilities, including potential SD-WAN adoption.
