A luxury lifestyle hotel in Tokyo, this organisation combines nature-inspired design, modern Japanese craftsmanship and thoughtful hospitality. Its restaurants, bars, café and flexible event spaces are designed to serve both hotel guests and the local community, creating places where people can eat, drink, connect and discover something new.
The culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative and rooted in a strong sense of place. The hotel aims to become an active part of Tokyo’s dining, creative and cultural scene rather than simply providing traditional hotel services. This is an opportunity to help shape distinctive destinations, work with influential local partners and build experiences that generate genuine community engagement. Employees can expect a fast-moving environment where creativity, commercial thinking and authentic guest experiences are valued.
The Food & Beverage Director will lead the commercial development of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, café and event spaces, with a clear focus on growing local visitation, revenue and market share. The role is responsible for positioning each venue as a destination with its own identity, audience and reason to visit.
You will develop and execute the Food & Beverage strategy, creating a year-round programme of collaborations, events, seasonal activations and cultural experiences. This may include partnerships with chefs, artists, designers, premium brands, wellness leaders and local influencers. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue, you will deliver compelling campaigns, storytelling and social content while balancing creativity with profitability.
The successful candidate will provide visible leadership across the operation, inspire a passionate team and ensure that every guest experience strengthens the hotel’s lifestyle positioning.
