FP&A & Statutory Reporting Lead — Al Khobar, KSA

We're partnering with a well-established organisation in the Eastern Province on the search for a Finance professional to lead their FP&A and Statutory Reporting function, reporting directly to the CFO.

The role

You'll own the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements and statutory reporting, while driving the budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting cycles. A key part of the role is delivering high-quality Board, Audit Committee and executive management reports, and continuously improving reporting processes, controls and financial analysis. You'll also lead and develop the finance team and work closely with senior management and external auditors.

What we're looking for

Strong technical IFRS expertise is essential, alongside extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting and FP&A. You'll bring demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills and genuine executive presence. A professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA or CMA) and Big Four audit experience are both mandatory. We're looking for 10-15 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a listed company or large corporate environment.
