As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with customers across the life sciences and research sectors. You will serve as a trusted commercial partner, understanding customer objectives and connecting them with solutions that address their scientific and operational needs.
Your responsibilities will include developing account plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong engagement with existing customers. You will work closely with technical, applications, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role, ideally within life sciences, biotechnology, healthcare, or another technical industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships, understand business needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
Strong commercial judgment and confidence managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
Ability to communicate complex technical or scientific concepts clearly to varied audiences.
A consultative, customer-focused approach with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent organization, planning, follow-through, and pipeline management capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Professional fluency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
