Job Title: Overseas HRBP Leader
Reports to: Group CHRO / Head of Overseas Business Unit
Team: Overseas local HRBP team
Base Location: North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific and other regions
Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English (working language)
Key Responsibilities
Business Partner Support for Overseas Operations: As the group's HR lead for overseas business, develop a deep understanding of the overseas strategy, market entry plans and organizational needs, delivering end-to-end HR solutions to the overseas business unit and its subsidiaries.
Overseas Organization & Talent Strategy: Lead overseas organizational design, multi-country talent review and pipeline building; drive team set-up and critical staffing in line with business expansion plans.
Overseas Recruitment & Executive Search: Oversee mid-to-senior talent acquisition across overseas markets, covering local hiring and management of expatriates; lead the search and onboarding of core positions such as overseas HRD and Head of LTI/Compensation & Benefits.
Cross-Cultural Talent Management & Incentives: Design and implement performance, compensation and incentive systems adapted to multiple markets, balancing HQ standards with local compliance to strengthen attraction and retention of overseas talent.
Overseas HR Compliance: Understand and mitigate labor law, employment policy and compliance risks across countries (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia), ensuring legal and compliant overseas HR operations.
Team Leadership: Build, develop and evaluate the overseas HRBP team; establish an efficient collaboration mechanism between HQ and overseas operations to align global HR practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields; overseas study or work experience preferred.
Industry experience in logistics / e-commerce / retail / consumer goods.
12–18 years of work experience, with 8+ years in an HRBP role; overseas / multinational HR management experience preferred.
Strong business acumen, communication, coordination and influencing skills; fluent English as a working language.
Proven team management experience, with strong leadership and organizational change capabilities.
