As a Technical 3D Artist, you will create production-ready 3D assets for real-time and web-driven experiences, with a particular focus on high-to-low poly optimisation, clean topology and visual performance. You will play a key role in developing models that are efficient, accurate and ready for interactive use cases such as configurators and product visualisation.
The role also involves look development, including lighting strategy, environment mapping, material and shading optimisation, texture baking and packing, and colour management. You will work closely with engineers, designers, creatives and product stakeholders to ensure assets integrate smoothly into rendering engines and pipelines, while maintaining consistency, realism and visual polish across all outputs. You will also help manage asset size and performance constraints, including draw calls, texture memory and polygon counts.
Strong 3D modelling experience, ideally with hard-surface work
Experience in real-time look development and UV/PBR workflows
Proven retopology skills for technical, automotive or product assets
Working knowledge of web 3D tools such as Three.js or PlayCanvas
Familiarity with GLSL/shaders, Git and performance constraints
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to own work through to delivery
