The organisation develops robotics and warehouse automation solutions to make advanced technology more accessible across the logistics industry. Its work brings together warehouse software, automated storage and retrieval systems, and robotics to help customers improve their operations. The company values collaborative working and believes that effective, sustainable outcomes are achieved by tackling complex challenges together. It also encourages people to question existing limits and look for better ways to solve practical problems.
This permanent, on-site role in Tokyo offers the opportunity to contribute to products with a direct impact on warehouse operations. You will work across customer, product, engineering and operations teams, helping shape solutions for varied logistics needs. For someone interested in the intersection of software, automation and customer-focused product development, it is a chance to deliver immediate value while helping advance integrated warehouse technology.
As Product Manager for the Warehouse Management System (WMS), you will guide product development for a system designed to work closely with an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS). The product is intended to serve different logistics operations through configuration rather than one-off customisation. You will engage directly with customers to understand their processes, challenges and measures of success, then translate those insights and operational data into product priorities.
Working with senior product leaders, you will help shape the product vision and roadmap, manage the backlog for WMS and ASRS integration, and define clear acceptance criteria in line with the system architecture. In partnership with engineering and operations, you will support planning, demonstrations and high-quality releases that deliver ongoing customer value. Over time, you will also help integrate the WMS with a fleet management system, contributing to the development of a unified Warehouse Operating System.
